Stanley Kubricks Rumrejsen år 2001 er ført igennem en algoritme, der sorterer filmens billeder efter farve. Hvert billede tildeles ud fra denne farve en ny tidslig position. Filmen forløber nu fra de varmt-mørke farver videre til de varmt-lyse farver og fra disse til de koldt-lyse farver til de koldt-mørke farver.
Stanley Kubrick's A Space Odyssey: 2001 is passed through an algorithm that sorts the frames of the movie by color. Each frame is assigned a new temporal position based on its color. The movie now spans from the dark and warm colors, to the light and warm, nad from these to the light and cold colors, to the dark and cold.
